Traffolyte is a company that originated in Manchester, UK. Traffolyte is a composite sheet material made up of multiple coloured layers. When the material is CNC routed or engraved it reveals the contrasting colour material making labeling a very efficient process. The material Traffolyte is made from Phenol-formaldehyde resins (PF). Its electrical non-conductivity and heat-resistant properties make it an ideal material for use in the electrical environment.
Whilst the Traffolyte brand is the generic term used worldwide many other manufacturers exist in this market. Rowmark Plastics, a USA manufacturer is who Aura have partnered with to produce our labels.
Label material is available in multiple colours and 1.5mm or 3mm thicknesses. This material is rigid, very hard wearing, UV stable, scratch resistant suitable for all outdoor applications.
